Members of the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Special Weapons and Tactics Team and Portland police investigators seized rifles, guns and Neo-Nazi material from the West Linn home of Jarl Judson Rockhill, 35, according to police.

A 35-year-old West Linn man accused of placing a white supremacist, neo-Nazi sticker on the fence of an immigrant community center in Portland has been arrested and charged with a bias crime.

Jarl Judson Rockhill was identified by the truck he drove to the Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization on April 23, according to court records.
